Q: How to start a project?
A: To start your MIM project, please send us the 2D/3D design drawings with a list of material, quantity and finish. (We have mould/tool/jig design and manufacturing engineers with rich experience)Then, you will get the quotation from us within 24 hours. And samples making leadtime: 25-30 days, Mass prodution leadtime: 30-35 days.
Q: Do you have MOQ requirement for MIM parts OEM?
A: At the very beging, no MOQ requirements because almost all MIM parts project need 1 PP, 2PP, 3PP....to fixed the design and make all specs tested OK and then put it into mass production. Of course, samples making have specific samples quotation together with mould charge(tooling fee) after engineering department's cost analysis and project evaluation. If later mass-produced, then the sample charge can be refunded or deducted from the mass prodution payment. Mould(tooling) ownership still belongs to the customer.
Q: How about the payment and shipping?
A: Usully, we accept T/T, Alipay, Cash. Currency type: USD, HKD, CNY. Besides Shenzhen manufactory, we also have HONGKONG subsidiary company. It is very convenient for transportation and shipping. Foreign payment wil take 1-2 days to our HONGKONG bank account. Greatly save both sides' time and cost.
Regarding shipping, we can accept, Express, Ocean Container FCL, LCL, or by air.
International trade terms: Ex-works(Shenzhen/HONGKONG), FOB (Shenzhen/HONGKONG), CFR or CIF.
